V originále
Inhibitory effects of two antiarrhythmics of class I (propafenone and trimecaine) on the potasium current sensitive to ATP (IKATP) are demonstrated and compared. It is concluded that the possible effects of both drugs on IKATP in clinical applications are quantitatively comparable.
