Abstract

V této studii byl hodnocen vliv pravidelné fyzické aktivity na vývoj autonomní regulace krevního oběhu u dětí, které prodělaly léčbu zhoubného nádoru, zejména leukémie, a byly léčeny kardiotoxickými antracykliny. U 22 dětí po prodělané leukemii byly invazivně snímány v klidu tep po tepu tepové intervaly, STK a DTK a vypočítána baroreflexní citlivost srdce. Tělesná aktivita dětí byla zjišťována jeden měsíc pomocí dotazníků a přibližná hodnota vynaložené energie byla určena v kJ/kg/den. Byly vypočítány průměrné hodnoty, směrodatné odchylky a vzájemné korelační koeficienty těchto veličin: věk, TI, STK, DTK, BRS, BRSf, hmotnost, výška, výdej energie v kJ/kg/den a index tělesné hmotnosti - BMI. Pomocí regresní anlýzy byla určena ststistická významnost rozdílu vývoje jednotlivých oběhových parametrů a indexů tělesného vývoje s ohledem na věk a způsob léčby mezi dětmi léčenými antracykliny a antracykliny neléčenými.

Abstract (in English)

In the submitted study the authors evaluated the effect of regular physical activity on the development of autonomous regulation of the circulation in children who had previously treatment on account of a malignant tumour, in particular leukaemia, and were treated with cardiotoxic anthracyclines. In 22 children with a history of leukaemia the authors recorded by non- invasive methods the pulse rateat rest, pulse intervals, systolic and diastolic blood prassure and calculated the baroreflex sensitivity of the heard. The childrens physical activity was assessed for one month by means of questionnaires and the approximate value of expended energy was expressed in kJ/kg/day. The authors calculated mean values, standard deviations and mutual correlation coefficients of these variables: age, TI, BPs, BPd, BRS,BRSf, body weight, height, energy expenditure in kJ/kg/day and the body mass index, BMI. By regression analysis they assessed the statistical signifikance of difference in the development of difenrent circulatory parameters and indeces of somatic development with regard to age and therapeutic procedure in children treated with anthracyclines and those not treated with anthracyclines.
