Abstract
Oxidase activity of the yeast Y.lipolytica slowly decreases beginning with the temperature 45C and lower and the pH of the environment begins to inhibit the oxidase activity from value of 8.1. The cells exposed to 4C and neutral pH preserve their oxidase activity for 20 days.
