V příspěvku jsou uvedeny základní vlastnosti jádrových odhadů regresní funkce a je uveden algoritmus pro volbu parametrů vyhlazení.

In this paper the basic properties of kernel estimates of a regression function are given.The algorithm for choosing of parameters of the estimate is also presented.
