Abstract

V originále

The efficiency of the ozone production in the atmospheric pressure glow discharge and silent discharge under different conditions like power supply, gas flow, etc. We found that the efficiency of the atmospheric glow discharge is about 10 % higher than in case of the standard silent discharge.
