Anotace

Výzkumná studie se soustřeďuje na některé zvláštnosti práce herce, herci-účastníci výzkumu vypovídají o tom, jak zvládají zátěž, jak povolání herce ovlivňuje jejich interpersonální vztahy, jak se ve specifických podmínkách utváří jejich sebepojetí a identita, jak do jejich prožitků vstupuje styl vedení a organizace herecké práce, a podobně. Vznikl tak plastický obraz toho, jak si herci konstruují smysl své profese. Studie se opírá o rozhovory s herci, jejichž upravený přepis je součástí textu. Autoři objasňují i teoretická východiska výzkumu, jimiž jsou hermeneutický a narativní přístup a participativní metodologie. Knihou prostupuje důraz na komunikativní procesy a porozumění různým verzím života.

Anotace anglicky

Research study is aimed at some specific features of theatre actors' work. Each actor-participant of this research told his or her story of their working day - an actor's day as a lived experience - to the others. The themes, identified in communication, are related to stress and its copying, job influence on interpersonal relationships and issues of identity, experiencing of work organization, creating of life and profession meaning, etc. The research had a narrative, hermeneutic, contextual, and participative character. Issues are discussed in the context of already existing knowledge concerning work stress, and this discussion can have implications for the actors' working lives, which may also lead to the occurrence of significant life changes. The text was also analysed in the light of theories concerning the psychosocial work environment, health, psychological well-being, and the sources of actors' stress. The findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the Diary-in-Group Method to elicit data concerning the lived experiences The result of the conversational process involves a new intersubjective discourse being created.
