Abstract

Kritické zhodnocení významu pasivní protinádorové imunoterapie monoklonálními protilátkami, zdůraznění limitací spočívajích především v heterogenitě exprese cílových antigenů nádorem, toleranci nádoru imunitním systémem a dysproporcí v poctech infiltrujících bunečných imunitních efektorů a maligních buněk v nádorové tkáni. Jsou odhadovány přínosy možných klinických aplikací monoklonálních protilátek.

Abstract (in English)

Critical evaluation of the impact of passive anti-cancer immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies with special concern to the limitations as heterogeneity of expression target antigens within the tumor, immune tolerance of the tumor and disproportionality between the tumor infiltrating effector cells and cancer cell within the tumor bulk. Possible contribution of monoclonal antibody therapy is estimated for real situations in clinical oncology.
