Abstract

Typické přístupy k analýze implementace jsou označovány jako "shora-dolů" a "sdola-nahoru". Stať analyzuje silné a slabé stránky obou metodických přístupů. Ukazuje na kontextuálnost jejich použití. Současně provádí rozbor vývoje teorie implementačního procesu na případu rozboru koncepce P.A.Sabatiéra.

Abstract (in English)

The standard approaches toward towards implementation analysis often are conventionally designated as the top-down aproach and the bottom-up perspective. This paper examined social and political contex as well as the research situation of the implementation process which is suitable for employment of one or the other analytical approach.Futher analysing development theory of implementation in the case of conception P.A. Sabatiers.
