We present our latest experience with 8 haemangioblastoma cases treated in 1998-89. There were 4 cystic and 4 solid haemangioblastomas (out of them 2 von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) with multiple lesions). Two cases were supratentorial. In all but one parient we performed a total resection ot the tumor. The last patient with two tumors in the cerebellum and one in the spinal canal was shunted due to obstructive hydrocephalus and then linear accelerator, radiotherapy was applied to the posterior fossa.
