Abstract
The technique of miniinvasive retroperitoneal pararectal approach to the lumbosacral spine is described. Special instruments as the frame for firmly fixed elevators (Synframe), long instruments and light conductor cable are required. Approach was used in 25 cases. No major complications were observed.
