Abstract
We have concentrated upon a rigorous approach towards the metodology of the measurement of temperature of objects immersed in RF plasma. We carried out a theoretical model on the basis of a detail analysis of the energy balance on objects surfaces, which enable us to separate the contribution of each particular form of heat exchange.
