Abstract

Transformace centrálně řízené ekonomiky na ekonomiku tržní je v České republice i v ostatních postkomunistických zemích složitým a rozporuplným procesem. Jeho monitorování, analýza, popřípadě predikce jsou velmi důležité a užitečné. Katedra podnikového hospodářství na Masarykově univerzitě v Brně se problémy transformace podnikové sféry zabývá již více než pět let. Cílem výzkumu, který teď probíhá v rámci tříletého projektu Grantové agentury ČR, je výzkum faktorů, ovlivňujících úspěšnost podniků působících v České republice. V souvislosti s tímto výzkumem bylo analyzováno více než 30 středních a velkých podniků.

Abstract (in English)

To transform a centrally managed economy to a free-market one means in the Czech republic, similarly like in other post-communist countries, is a complex and inconsistent process. Its monitoring, analysis, or possible prediction are very important and useful. The Department of Business Management at the Masaryk University in Brno has dealt with problems of transformation of business sphere for more than five years. The aim of this research, wich is now running in frame of a three-year projekt of The Czech Grant Agency, is a survey of factors influencing the rate of successfulness of business companies in the Czech republic. As a part of this survey were analysed more than 30 of middle and big business enterprises.
