Abstract
Onkogen v-myb vireu ptačí myeloblastózy způsobuje akutní monoblastickou leukémii u kuřat a tramsformuje myelomonocytické buňky in vitro. Tento článek popisuje výsledky modifikace funkce onkoproteinu v-Myb prostřednitvím antagonistických proteinů, které byly exprimovány v kuřecích monoblastech transformovaných onkogenem v-myb.
Abstract (in English)
v-myb obcogene of avian myeloblastosis virus induces acute monoblastic leukemia in chicken and transforms myelomonocytic cells in vitro. This review describes the ways how to modify function of the v-Myb oncoprotein by antagonistically acting proteins that are co-expressed in v-myb-transformed chicken monoblasts.
