In English
Accumulation of Cd a Pb in muscles, hepatopancreas, intestines, gonades, kidneys, spleen, heart and gills was studied in fish of the species Alburnoides bipunctatus (n=20) origination from the locality Vlára (east Moravia). There was a negative correlation between the level of Cd in tissues of hepatopancreas and spleen r=-0.704 (P<0.01); for other organs the correlation were low (r<0.3). As far as Pb was concerned, correlation coefficients were generally (r<0.03). Levels of Cd and Pb were higher than tollerable amounts in all organs with the exception of Cd in gonads.
