Abstract
Experimental conditions of automated hot solvent extraction of atrazine, desethylatrazine, and desisopropylatrazine from soil samples has been optimized, i.e. solvent composition, heating level, extraction and rinsing times, and sample size. The effect of total carbon content in soil on recovery has been studied.
