Abstract

Příspěvek se zaměřuje na pozitivní komunikaci mezi dospělými a dětmi, která vede ke spolupráci a spoluzodpovědnosti. Zamýšlí se jak nad chováním a postoji, které zbavují odvahy a posilují pocity neadekvátnosti, tak nad chováním a postoji, které posilují cit sounáležitosti. Teoretickým základem příspěvku je adlerovský přístup v psychologii.

Abstract (in English)

The article focuses on positive communication between adults and children that leads to cooperation and shared responsibility. It gives examples of discouraging as well as encouraging behavior and attitudes. The theoretical background of the article is in adlerian psychology.
