Abstract
Long-term therapy with SSRI antidepressants can evoke adverse effects including sexual disorders which may be more pronounced in patients with decreased activity of CYP 2D6, either given by the defect of the enzyme expression or evoked by previous treatment with enzyme inhibitors.
