Abstract
The quality of food products isalso affected by the microoragnisms contamination during the used technological processes. The aim of the research was to study the elimination of the inhibitor influence on the identification of target microorganisms in real samples using PCR. Salmonella, an important pathogen from hygienic point of wiev, was choosen as a model microorganism The polymerase chain reaction coupled with immunomagnetic separation (IMS-PCR) was used for the elimination of extracellular inhibitors and quick detection of Salmonella cells. The advantage of the use of proteinase K immobilized on poly(HEMA-co-EDMA) microspheres is discussed.
