Cílem práce bylo stanovit citlivost PCR detekce bakteriálních buněk Salmonella typhimurium LT2-18 a Salmonella typhimurium LB 5000. K PCR byla použita DNA získaná fenolovou extrakcí a DNA obsažená v hrubých lyzátech získaných povařením buněk. Výrazné rozdíly v citlivosti PCR byly u testovaných kmenů zjištěny při použití DNA z lyzátů buněk.

The aim of the work was to determine sensitivity of PCR detection of bacterial cells Salmonella typhimurium LT2-18 and Salmonella typhimurium LB5000. DNA prepared using phenol extraction methods and DNA from boiled cell lysates was used in PCR. Remarkable differences in PCR sensitivity were found out in tested strains if DNA cell lysates was used.
