Abstract
Studovali jsem korelaci mezi citlivostí baroreflexu (BRS) a spektrálními komponentami kolísání tepových intervalů (IBI) a systolického tlaku v klidu a během cvičení(0.5 W/kg,9 min) u 38 osob. BRS v klidu signifikantně snižovalo variabilitu v krevním tlaku při frekvenci 0.1 Hz prostřednictvím změn v IBI. Během zátěže, kdy je BRS snížena, změny IBI nejsou dostatečně veliké, aby kolísání krevního tlaku utlumily.
Abstract (in English)
The correlation between baroreflex sensitivity (BRS), the component of spectrum at the frequency of 0.1Hz of inter-beat intervals (IBI), and systolic blood pressure variability at rest and during exercise (0.5 W/kg of body weight, 9 min) was studied in 38 subjects. BRS at rest damped significantly blood pressure variability at the frequency of 0.1Hz by changes in IBI. During exercise, when BRS was low, the changes of IBI were not high enough to damp blood pressure variability.
