Abstract

V originále

A simple inserted membrane technique (IMT) for extraction of extraradical mycelia from plant mycorrhizosphere was developed as an alternative to the membrane filtration technique (MFT). There are two apparent advanteges of IMT over MFT: i) hyphal samples are cleaner and thus easier to observe, namely for enzyme activities and ii) the mycelia extracted are less disturbed and thus suitable for morphological studies.
