Abstract

Inspirací pro sepsání této stati byl výzkum dětských sebevražd realizovaný v současnosti v Dětské nemocnici FN Brno. Ve studii jsme se pokusili o shrnutí poznatků o sebevraždách a o krizi, které mohou vést k hlubšímu porozumění této citlivé problematice. V první části stati jsme připomněli, jak se pohled na sebevraždu měnil v průběhu vývoje i v závislosti na politických, náboženských a jiných okolnostech. Vymezili jsme základní pojmy úzce související se suicidálním jednáním (sebevražda, sebezabití, riskantní chování, suicidální tendence, kryptogenní sebevražda atd.). V ústřední části stati jsme se pokusili proniknout blíže kořenům suicidální problematiky stručným shrnutím současných, podle našeho mínění v souvislosti se sebevraždami významných poznatků o konfliktu, krizi, stresu, zážitku smrti atp. Zvláštní pozornost jsme věnovali teoriím krize, které vznikly většinou na podkladě analýz problematiky suicidií, avšak jejichž platnost a závažnost je podle našeho názoru mnohem širší. V poslední části jsme zmínili některé statistické poznatky o suicidálním jednání, připomněli jsme rizikové faktory a presuicidální syndrom. V závěru stati připomínáme význam pochopení a porozumění konkrétnímu jedinci nejen pro možnost pomoci jedinci v krizi, ale rovněž pro prevenci suicidálního jednání.

Abstract (in English)

We were inspired to write this article by the research of children suicide (realised at the Childrens hospital FN Brno). At the article we attempted to concentrate the general knowledge of the suicide and of the crises, that could make us to profoundly comprehend these sensitive problems. At the first part of the article there are reminded the course and trends of the public opinions of the suicide and death. After that we defined the basic concepts of the suicidal action (suicide, involuntary self-slaughter, risky behaviour, suicidal tendency, cryptogenic suicide etc.). At the main passage we tried to approach to the foundation of the suicide by the delineation of the knowledge of the conflict, crisis, stress, experience of the end or death and so on. Among others we aimed our attention to theories of the crisis that have broad range of validity (not only in relation to suicides). At the final part of the article we have mentioned some statistical knowledge about suicidal actions and factors resulted into danger of suicide and presuicidal syndrome. In the conclusion of the article we reminded the importance of the understanding and comprehension of the concrete person what is the basis not only for treatment and therapy, but for prevention too.
