Abstract
V originále
Monitoring of Bacillus strains presenting hygienic and safety hazards in bulk milk samples was the primary objective of this study. The following frequencis were found on the species level: Bacillus licheniformis (64.6%), B. cereus (27.2%), B. pumilus (3.2%), B. badius (0.6%), B. spaericus (0.6%) B. fusiformis (0.6) and Paenibacillus glucanolyticus (0.6%). Frequencies of the following microorganisms were monitored simultaneously with total total Bacillus frequency (TCBa): total count of mesophilic (TCM), thermoresistant (TRM) and sporogenic anaerobic microorganisms (SPAN).
