Abstract (in English)
Public sector's inefficiency can stem in a situation when subjects who are not knowledgeable enough about costs and benefits of relevant alternatives make some essential decisions. In addition, an adequate decision making process deserves an effective instrument confronting decision makers with the fact of a resource scarcity and a high level of accountancy and responsibility. The second part of this article is trying to identify main decisions that can be made wrongly since we consider them to be the causes of the public sector inefficiency on a regional level.
