Abstract
The study was aimed on the investigation of the influence of micromanipulation treatment on the human skin fibrosblasts in vitro. The actin cytoskeleton seems to be the most sensitive cytoskeletal structure to the mechanical deformation of the cell surface. There were described both the changes of the individual actin filament structure near the plasma membrane and abnormal arrangement of the actin cytoskeleton in treated cells.
Abstract (in Czech)
studie byla zaměřena na výzkum vlivu mikromanipulačního stresu na lidské kožní buňky in vitro. Aktinový cytoskelet reagoval nejcitlivěji na mechanickou deformaci buněčného povrchu. Byly popsány jednak strukturální zmny jednotlivých aktinových filament v blízkosti plazmatické membrány i abnormální uspořádání aktinového cytoskeletu v ovlivněných buňkách.
