Abstract
Endothelin-1 (ET-1)is known to facilitate ventricular arrhythmias. The aim was to investigate the frequency distribution of the common polymorphism of ET-1 gene and its possible relation to states leading to hemo-dynamical colaps during malignant ventricular arrhythmias (MVA) in ICD patients.
