Abstract

Příspěvek představil některá východiska jednoho z právě probíhajících výzkumných šetření Centra výzkumu vývoje osobnosti a etnicity v Brně, řešeného v rámci interního grantu FSS MU. Sledují se zde filozofické, historické, biologické, sociologické a psychologické kořeny mateřství. V úvahu jsou vzata témata jako příprava na mateřskou roli, problematika postnatální deprese; dále analýza relevantních výzkumů týkajících se dané problematiky. Jádro příspěvku tvoří popis dosavadního průběhu našeho výzkumného šetření a popis používaných metod (Bayley Scales of Infant Development, 2nd edition, Edinburghská škála PND, RITQ -"The Revised Infant Temperament Questionnaire" pro věk 4 až 11 měsíců apod.).

Abstract (in English)

Paper presents some of the basic ideas of one of the current studies of the Research Centre for Personality and Ethnicity Development in Brno with the internal grant support of the School of Social Studies, Masaryk University. The study concentrates on the philosophical, historical, biological, sociological and psychological roots of motherhood. The following topics are taken into account: getting prepared for the motherhood role, postnatal depression issues, analysis of relevant studies. The core of the paper contains the description of the survey and its methodology.
