Coudenhove-Kalergi, T. G. Masaryk, F. Nitti, C. Sforza, Ch. de Gaulle on the Russian problem. Russia remained for Coudenhove-Kalergi a northern Asian power, where it had its center of power. In its relation to Europe, Russia must either rule over Europe or remain outside of it. The concept of a Greater Europe encompassing Russia is suicidal.
