Abstract

Příspěvek se zabývá syntetickým hodnocením nabídky průmyslových zón. Vypracovaná klasifikační procedura je založena na čtyřech kriteriích - velikost a vlastnické poměry, napojení na technickou infrastrukturu, napojení na dopravní infrastrukturu a uživatelské limity a stimuly. Do hodnocení bylo zahrnuto celkem 168 připravených zón (mimoto je specifikováno 34 připravovaných zón).

Abstract (in English)

The main content of the article is synthetic evaluation of the supply of industry zones in the Czech Republic. The four main criteria for a classification process are - area and proprietary background, technical inftastructure, transport connection and other stimuli and limits. There are 168 ready-to-bulid zones included in the evalutation (besides there is a list of another 34 planned zones).
