Abstract

V originále

The aim of the work was to study the morphology of microtubules and actin filaments during the apoptosis accompanying the differentiation of P19 cells. Mesodermal differentiation was induced by dimtehylsulfoxide and retinoic acid was used for induction of neuronal differentiation. To summarize, actin cytoskeleton actively participates in the executive phase of apoptosis whereas microtubules are only passively degraded in consequence of tubulin proteolysis.
