Příspěvek shrnuje dosavadní zjištění získaná v rozhovoru s jedenáctiletými dětmi v rámci mezinárodního longitudinálního výzkumu ELSPAC (Europian Longitudinal Study of Pregnancy and Childhood). Tento projekt probíhá souběžně na brněnských pracovištích Centrum výzkumu vývoje osobnosti a etnicity (psychologická část) a Ústav preventivní a sociální pediatrie (pediatrická část). Hlavním námětem tohoto "obrazu" zmapování oblasti rodiny z hlediska činností, trávení společného času, komunikace a religiozity (jak vypadá běžný všední den/víkend soudobé městské rodiny, podíl otců, matek a dětí na chodu rodinné jednotky apod.)

The paper summarises the preliminary findings from the analysis of interviews with 11-year old child that took place as a part of the ELSPAC (European Longitudinal Study of Pregnancy And Childhood). This project runs at two Brno-based institutions - The Research Centre for Personality and Ethnicity Development (the psychological part) and The Department of Social Medicine and Health Care Administration (the paediatric part). Our main objective here was to map the family functioning - daily activities, free time spending, communication and religiousness. We asked how an average workday/weekend looks in a today's city family, how fathers and mothers share their responsibilities etc.
