Kapitola se zabývá současným stavem výzkumu adolescentů v ČR a představuje v současné době běžící brněnský longitudinální výzkum adolescentů CVVOE při FSS MU v Brně. Popsána jsou východiska výzkumu, použité výzkumné metody a dvoukohortový vzorek adolescentů, na nichž je výzkum realizován.

The chapter deals with the current state of research of adolescents in the Czech Republic and the currently running longitudinal study of adolescents at the Research Centre for Personality and Ethnicity Development in Brno. The premises of the study are described here as well as the reseach methodology and the sample of adolescents used.
