Abstract
Balance between the reflex and tonic autonomic control of the heart in children with bronchial asthma was studied. The relationship between BRS and PI, which was readjusted after balneal therapy, is a very sensitive indicator of balance between the tonic and reflex autonomic control of the heart.

Studovali jsme rovnováhu mezi reflexní a autonomní kontrolou srdce u dětí s bronchiálním astmatem. Vztah mezi BRS a PI je velmi citlivým indikátorem rovnováhy mezi tonickou a reflexní kontrolou srdce a byl upraven po balneální terapii.
