Abstract |

Přesná etiologie Tourettovy poruchy je nejasná, ale pravděpodobně má neruochemickou a genetickou komponentu. Starší a dosud ještě často předepisovaná látka-haloperidol, by neměl být považován za léčbu první volby u dětí. Naše léky první linie zahrnují tiaprid, risperidon, klonidin a klonazepam. |

The precise etiology of Tourettes disorder is uncertain, but probably has a neurochemical basis and genetic component. The oldest and still widely prescribed drug, haloperidol, should now not be considered the first-line agent in children. Aur first-line abent for tic supresion include tiaprode, risperidone, clonidine and clonazepam. |
