Abstract

V originále

The influence of the carrier gas composition on ICP emission intensity of S, P, C, Mo, Zn, Ni, Si, Mn, Fe, Cr, V, Al, Cu and Ti was studied at sampling of steels into the ICP-AES by a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm, pulse width 7 ns, Q = 0.17 J, P = 1.7 W).
