Abstract

V originále

The authors describe the case of a 61-year old woman in whom the disease had been diagnosed based on pains suffered in L1 and L2 of the lumbar spine and verified by CT and X-ray examination. Surgery removal of osteoid osteoma from ventral approach, orthosis application and postoperative rehabilitation resulted in complete relief of pains.
