Abstract

Sociální a ekonomické změny, probíhající v závěrečných dekádách dvacátého století způsobují, že stále více myslitelů hovoří o postkapitalistické společnosti. V rámci těchto trendů vykazují značný vývoj i organizace podnikatelské sféry, zejména velké podniky. Spolu se změnou institutu vlastnictví se mění jejich moc a společenská odpovědnost. Podnik není chápán pouze jako vlastnictví, ale jako společenství tvořivých lidí. Je to intelektuální kapitál, který se stává dominantním zdrojem podnikání. Podnikatelská etika sehrává stále větší roli.

Abstract (in English)

In the closing decades of the twentieth century such social and economic changes occurred that some thinkers start speaking about post capitalistic society. In the framework of these trends, organisations of the company sphere undergo a considerable development, namely in big enterprises. Also the position of proprietorship and the very institute of property change together with their power and social responsibility. A company is not perceived only as a property but as a comunity of creative people. It is intellectual capital, which becomes the dominant sourse of business. Business ethics plays an ever-increasing role.
