Abstract
The analysis of financial assets pricing is the focus of attention of contemporary theory as well as practical activity of financial analysts and investors. The fundamental problems of financial assets analysis are not only different methodological approaches of financial specialists, but also a high quantity of variables that are weighted differently when a particular asset is focused on. The research papers will also include an analysis of financial and legal preconditions of development of financial assets of differently equipped financial markets.
