Abstract
Analýza telomer metodami in situ pomáhá určit mechanizmus fungující v daném typu buněk a charakterizuje jednotlivé telomery.
Abstract (in English)
For indefinite cellular proliferation of germline and tumour cells is essential stable telomere maintenance. In most cases, telomere synthesis is performed by telomerase, that results in stabilisation of telomeres.Analysis of telomeres by in situ techniques enables to distinguish between these two mechanisms and analyzes individual telomeres of appropriate cells.
