Abstract

Cílem studie bylo ukázat rozdíly v tělesné konstituci a baroreflexní regulaci u zdravých a hypertenzních dětí a dětí s účinkem bílého pláště. Madváha byla u dětí spojena se zvýšeným systolický tlakem . Snížená ciltivost baroreflex a zvýšená variabilita v krevním tlaku je u obou skupin dětí, ale významnější u hypertenzních.

Abstract (in English)

Aim of the study was to determine the differences in body characteristic and baroreflex regulation in healthy and hypertensive children and in children with white coat hypertension. Decreased baroreflex sensitivity and increased blood pressure variability is present in both groups, but the significance of these changes is greater in hypertensive than in white coat hypertension.
