Abstract
Optical roughness of pyrolytic graphite electrode and glassy carbon electrode and the same electrodes covered with a mercury layer was studied by an optical diffractive element (DOE) based sensor. The kinetic of two-dimensional condensation of adenosine adsorbed at these electrodes was studied by cyclic voltammetry, by measurement of the differential capacitance of the electrode double layer and by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).
