Přednáška popisuje zkušenosti s léčbou cholangiokarcinomu. Njvíce případů bylo postižení v oblasti hilu t.z.v. Bismuth IV stadium Klatskinova tumru, který je velmi náročný na léčbu. Výsledky chirurgické léčby jsou obecně špatné, chirurgie velmi náročná. Možná výhodnější a účinnou paliací je u pacientů v dobrém stavu zavedená stentů s brachyterapií.

The papaer describes experiences with the diagnostics and treatment of cholangiocarcinomas. The majority of patients suffered from hilar affections so called Bismuth IV stadium of Klatskin tumour that is very difficuld to handle. The outcomes of surgical treatment are bad in general abd the surgery is very demanding. Maybe more convenient and effective paliation could be stent insertion with brachyradiotherapy in patients in yet good health state.
