Abstract

ELSPAC is an international longitudinal epidemiological study. It's objectives are to identify the present threats to healthy development in childhood and to propose how to prevent these threats. The project is co-ordinated by the Institute of Child Health, University of Bristol. Currently, six countries participate: UK, The Isle of Man, The Czech Republic, The Slovak Republic, Ukraine and The Russian Federation.
