Abstract
An enhanced automatic method for tissue reconstruction based on multilevel adaptive thresholding followed by the deformation of a dual simplex mesh was developed. The method was proposed for the reconstruction of specifically-shaped objects. The procedure is performed in two stages: the localization of the cell markers and the reconstruction of each cell followed by the evaluation of the quality of the results. Objects are reconstructed using a deformable model called dual simplex mesh. Finally the quality of results is measured.
