Abstract
Příspěvek se zabývá teoretickými východisky práva na informace, které vyplývají z demokratického charakteru veřejné správy. Ukazuje na účel legislativy této oblasti a reflektuje praxi stanovených cílů.
Abstract (in English)
This text deals with the theoretical wayouts of the right to information, that source from the democratic features of public administration. It tries to introduce the purpose of the legislation and reflect the practice of stipulated goals of this legislation.
