Abstract

Autoři popisují výskyt případů istmické spondylolistézy L5 ve dvou rodinách. Podle věku, tíže skluzu je indikováno operační léčení, při částečné nebo úplné repozici 360 stupňová fúze.

Abstract (in English)

The authors have described the occurrence of isthmic spondylolisthesis of L5 in two families. The surgical treatment is indicated according to the age, the degree of slippage. The 360 degree fusion is indicated in cases with partial or complete reduction of spondylolisthesis.
