Abstract
V originále
Downregulation of telomerase activity and expression occurs in response to butyrate-induced differentiation in normal and carcinoma colon cells. Differential splicing of hTERT mRNA may be involved in faster loss of telomerase activity in normal cells with respect to malignant cells.
