Publikace obsahuje teoretický rozbor psychomotoriky jako pohybové aktivity, její postavení v systému věd, základní cíle, úkoly a její využití v praxi. Hlavní část je zaměřena na herní činnosti s využitím psychomotorických pomůcek s konkrétními příklady her, popisem nářadí a náčiní a s doporučením do praxe.

The publication containes a theoretical analysis of the psychomotorics as a physical activity, her positio in the system of sciens, its basic objectives and tasks, and its practical application. The main part of the publication is oriented into the game activities with using psychomotorical aids. There are introducet examples of psychomotorical games. The equipment which can be used by those games is here also decribed.
