The publication containes a theoretical analysis of the psychomotorics as a physical activity, her position in the system of sciens, its basic objectives and tasks, and its practical application. The main part of the publication is oriented into the game activities with using psychomotorical aids. There are introduced examples of psychomotorical games. The equipment which can be used by those games is here also decribed.
