Abstract

Dislokované a luxační zlomeniny kloubního výběžku dolní čelisti vyžadují repozici a fixaci pod kontrolou zraku chirurgickým způsobem. Užití tahových šroubů instrumentaria Eckelt-Martin se zatím osvědčilo při ošetření 15 zlomnin bez významných komplikací. Po dobu hojení zůstává dolní čelist funkční, odpadá pro poraněného obtížná mezičelistní vazba. Nevýhodou metody zůstává nutnost pozdějšího odstranění šroubu operací. Volba popsané metody vyžaduje zajištění kompletního instrumentaria.

Abstract (in English)

Displaced and luxation fractures of the mandibular condyle require surgical reposition and fixation under direct sight supervision. Application of lag screws from the Eckelt-Martin instrumentation set has proved successful in treatment of 15 patient. No considerable complications occurred. The mandible is fully functional during the time of healing. An intermaxillary fixation, which is uncomfortable for the patient, is not necessary to be done. Though, it is necessary to remove the screw subsequently by another surgical operation. Complete instrumentation set is necessery to be available for the choice of the described method.
